How We Handle Data
STG Triage is designed to work offline on-device and does not require account creation to use the app.
Based on the current app implementation, symptom, sign, age, duration, and search inputs are processed locally on the user’s device to generate triage and STG reference results.
Flemton Tech does not intentionally collect those clinical inputs on its own servers through the app’s core functionality.
Data Sharing
STG Triage does not intentionally send user-entered triage or search data to Flemton Tech servers or third-party services as part of the app’s core offline workflow.
Flemton Tech does not sell user data.
If a user contacts Flemton Tech directly by email or other support channel, the information shared in that communication may be received and handled for support or operational purposes.
Security
Because the app is designed for local/offline use, core triage and reference activity is intended to remain on the user’s device rather than being transmitted to a backend operated by Flemton Tech.
Where Flemton Tech receives support communications directly, reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect that information.
Users should also protect their own devices with appropriate device-level security such as passcodes, operating system updates, and controlled access.
Data Retention
STG Triage’s core user-entered triage and search inputs are not intended to be retained on Flemton Tech servers because the app does not rely on a backend service for those workflows.
If any application data remains stored locally on a user’s device by the operating environment or app runtime, that data remains under the user’s control on that device.
If a user contacts Flemton Tech for support, those support communications may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain business records, resolve issues, or comply with legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Because STG Triage does not require an account and does not intentionally store core triage/search inputs on Flemton Tech servers, there is generally no server-side app account data to delete.
Users can remove app data that may exist on their device by clearing the app’s local storage through device settings or by uninstalling the app.
If a user wants support communications or other directly submitted personal information reviewed for deletion, they can contact Flemton Tech at hello@flemton.com, and requests will be handled subject to any legitimate legal, security, or record-keeping obligations.
