How We Handle Data
Tillton is a retail point-of-sale and store management application published by Flemton Tech.
The current app implementation uses Firebase Authentication for sign-in and account access, Firebase Realtime Database for synchronized application records, and local device storage for authentication persistence and app session continuity.
Depending on how the app is used, Tillton may process account details, business or store profile data, inventory records, product information, sales records, customer-facing transaction details entered by staff, staff records, and other operational data needed to run the store.
Data Sharing
Tillton relies on Google Firebase services to provide authentication and cloud data storage for the app.
Flemton Tech does not sell personal data.
Data may be disclosed where reasonably necessary to operate the service, respond to support requests, protect the security of the app or users, or comply with applicable law or valid legal process.
Security
Tillton uses managed third-party infrastructure and access controls intended to support authenticated use of the app and storage of business records.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect their devices, passwords, and staff access practices.
Store owners and administrators are responsible for managing who has access to their business data inside the app.
Data Retention
Account, store, inventory, sales, and staff data may be retained for as long as the relevant account remains active, as long as needed to provide the service, and as long as reasonably necessary for record-keeping, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
Authentication persistence or cached session-related data may also remain on the user’s device until the user signs out, clears app data, or uninstalls the app.
Support communications sent directly to Flemton Tech may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, or comply with legal obligations.
Data Deletion
Users who want account or business data deleted should contact Flemton Tech through the support details published at https://flemton.com/contact and include enough information for account verification.
Where deletion is requested, Flemton Tech will review and handle the request subject to legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, backup, and record-keeping obligations.
Users can remove locally stored app data on their own device by signing out, clearing app storage through device settings, or uninstalling the app.

Tillton is published by Flemton Tech.
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the Tillton mobile application.
Operational Data Used by the App
Tillton is designed to help businesses manage retail operations such as stock records, sales activity, and staff access.
The exact data processed in a given deployment depends on what the store owner or authorized staff enter into the app.
