Terms governing access to and use of the STG Triage mobile application published by Flemton Tech.
Purpose of the App
STG Triage is designed to provide offline reference support based on a curated ruleset derived from the Ghana Standard Treatment Guidelines, 7th edition (2017).
The app is intended as an informational and decision-support tool only and does not replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
Medical Disclaimer
STG Triage does not provide medical advice and should not be relied on as the sole basis for clinical or personal health decisions.
Users are responsible for applying appropriate professional judgment and for referring patients or seeking urgent care where symptoms, red flags, or emergency conditions require immediate attention.
- Do not use the app as a substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
- Do not delay or avoid urgent medical care because of information shown in the app.
- Always verify recommendations against applicable local protocols, patient context, and current clinical guidance.
Permitted Use
You may use STG Triage only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You may not misuse the application, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, interface elements, and related materials in STG Triage remain the property of Flemton Tech or its licensors, except for third-party guideline sources that remain the property of their respective owners.
These terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the application for its intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flemton Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use STG Triage.
Flemton Tech does not guarantee that the app will always be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Updates and Changes
Flemton Tech may update the app, its content, or these terms from time to time to improve functionality, correct issues, or respond to operational or legal requirements.
Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
