Terms governing access to and use of the Tillton retail POS and inventory application published by Flemton Tech.
Purpose of the App
Tillton is a retail point-of-sale, inventory, and store management application built to help businesses track products, staff, and sales activity.
The app is intended for lawful business and operational use only.
Accounts and Access
Some features of Tillton require authenticated access.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity carried out through their accounts or authorized staff access.
- Do not share credentials in a way that creates unauthorized access risk.
- Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that you are not authorized to use.
- Store owners and administrators are responsible for managing staff permissions appropriately.
Data and Service Use
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the business, inventory, sales, and staff data entered into Tillton.
You may not misuse the application, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer it where prohibited, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
Intellectual Property
All software, branding, interface elements, and related materials in Tillton remain the property of Flemton Tech or its licensors.
These terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the application for its intended purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flemton Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of or inability to use Tillton.
Flemton Tech does not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business workflow.
Updates and Changes
Flemton Tech may update Tillton, its features, or these terms from time to time to improve functionality, address issues, or respond to operational or legal requirements.
Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
